Hey, returning player after a few years.
Trying to do the Windurst raid...can't get anything through duty finder.
First try - wait time 120mins
Second try - wait time 180mins
Third try (currently waiting) - 41mins
These were over the weekend.
Did something happen? Less players? Different way of doing content now?
Little confused as to what's going on.
