OCE Sephirot wards are full, I want to upgrade my plot so people find it more attractive to join my FC to meet new people and make fiends, I understand there is risks to opening wards but if there was a solution to this issue of housing demand then it would have been implemented already. Instead maybe a whole new system needs to be added which I have seen suggestions of on the threads throughout the forums.
It states that the wards would be automatically opened once demand reached a certain level but I can see this is not the case, residential wards have space but I can’t currently enter any of those lotteries and wards 26-30 go unused in all residental areas
