When I mean “weird” I’m referring to how nice and helpful 99% of the people who play this game are. I come from very toxic gaming communities such as nba 2k and call of duty where people are very disrespectful. In my opinion nba 2k has the most toxic gaming community out of any game so when when I started playing this game it was like a shock to my system. Ffxiv kind of became like a safe relaxing stress free game compared to the other games I played I had to start changing my outlook when I heard things like “tank anxiety”. Because the position I played on that game was the most stressful position on that game which is a point guard. So I couldn’t understand how people could have anxiety tanking when I came from playing the most stressful position on that game. Then I had to realize everybody doesn’t play the games I played so tanking could be stressful for them or it could cause them anxiety.
