キャラクターの見た目を変更して遊びたいという思いはあるものの、長年愛用してきたメインキャラクターを手放すことはできない――そんなジレンマを抱える中で、あるアイデアが浮かびました。現在の「幻想薬（ファンタジア）」システムとも両立可能な、その解決策がこちらです。その名も「キャラクター外見テンプレート」！
新機能の提案：キャラクター外見テンプレート
同一アカウント内の全キャラクターに対し、「キャラクター外見テンプレート」を付与できるようにする。
この「キャラクター外見テンプレート」機能により、各キャラクターは現在の外見データに加え、もう一つ別の外見データを保存できるようになります。保存した外見データは、キャラクター選択画面や、宿屋のベッドなど特定の場所にて、いつでも自由に切り替えることが可能です。
各キャラクターは、作成時に設定した「初期外見データ」に加え、新たに登録可能な「外見テンプレート」枠を持つことになります。このテンプレート枠に新しい外見データを登録しておけば、以降はそのキャラクターの初期外見と、登録した新外見との間を、いつでも無料で切り替えることができるようになります。
初期費用として必要になるのは、テンプレート枠に新しい外見データを登録する際、一度だけ「幻想薬」を消費することのみです。
機能の仕組み
1. キャラクター作成時：初期外見データが設定される。
2. 「キャラクター外見テンプレート」機能を使用し、幻想薬を1個消費して、そのキャラクター用の新しい外見データを登録する。
3. 登録完了。以降、そのキャラクターは「作成時に登録した初期外見（テンプレート1／デフォルト）」と、「新たに保存した外見（テンプレート2／テンプレート1）」の間を、いつでも自由に切り替えることができるようになる。
費用
1. テンプレート枠に新しい外見データを登録する際、幻想薬を1個消費する。
実装に向けた提案
1. キャラクター作成時に設定された「初期外見データ」については、この新システムによる変更（上書き）ができない「デフォルトテンプレート」として固定する。
こうすることで、「新しい外見データを2つ登録した結果、最初の初期外見データが消えてしまった」といった事態を防ぐことができます。もちろん、メインメニュー画面から通常通り幻想薬を使用し、キャラクターの外見を完全に変更（上書き）することは引き続き可能です。
私自身、ぜひこのような機能が欲しいと強く願っています。もし元のキャラクター外見に戻したくなった時に、再び幻想薬を購入して「課金の壁」を越えなければならない……といった事態を避けられるのであれば、テンプレート登録時の初期費用として幻想薬を1個消費することくらい、喜んで支払うつもりです！

New Feature Idea: Character Appearance Templates
All characters on an account could have a (1) "Character Appearance Template".
Character Appearance Templates could allow characters to have 1 extra character appearance saved on the current character that can be switched between at any time (either in the character select screen, or inn like the bed).
A character would have their default character appearance data from character creation AND a new "Appearance Template" that allows a character to register a NEW character appearance that character can switch between at any time, for free.
The only initial cost would be a Fantasia potion to register the new appearance data on the template.
How It Functions:
1. Create character = default character appearance data.
2. Register a NEW character appearance on that character using the "Character Appearance Template" using 1 Fantasia potion.
3. Registration complete. Now that character can switch between either their default appearance they registered on character creation ("Template 1" or "Default Template") or their new saved character appearance ("Template 2" or "Template 1").
Cost
1. 1 Fantasia potion to register a new character appearance data onto the template.
Suggestions For Implementation
1. Make the original character appearance data, created at character creation, into a "Default Template" that cannot be changed through this new system.
This saves people from registering 2 new character appearances that delete their original character appearance. You would still be able to use a Fantasia potion regularly on the main menu
