Thought I'd give a heads up.. if anyone hasn't played Portal yet, it's available on Steam for free until 5/24. Portal and the Steam client are also now available for Mac.

Portal is a fun I'm-going-to-rip-my-hair-out puzzle-based first-person game for those who don't know what it is.

I downloaded it. I've only ever played through the first maybe 30 minutes of the game in the past, and heard the song at the end, but now I'm looking forward to the full play-through. :)
 
Yeah, it's a short game but hella fun. Just beat it today.

Giving this out for free for a limited time is definitely a promotion for Portal 2 due out at the end of the year... I'm not complaining.

And yeah I love the ending credits song "Still Alive."

Lastly, I need to post this hilarious Machinima based on Portal..

Not only is Portal free for awhile, but you can get STEAM on Mac platforms now...

You mac people have NO EXCUSE now. :)
 
For people who've played it before, you may notice a bit of a difference in the ending.

They've changed the cinema at the end to leave room open for the upcoming sequel.
 
started playing it... it is pretty funny. love when she keeps telling me a level is impossible to beat.
