Coral Fragments

Any fishermen getting a lot of these and need to sell? I am looking to buy a bit, have several pieces of Coral/Merman gear I want to craft for myself. Might end up needing 100's of fragments.

Also wondering if I should try fishing up myself, with my level 30 fishing skills.

These are rare for me. I get them when I go to SSG but probably 1 out of 200-300 bite rate. I'm not targeting them though. I've read along time ago, Onzozo ponds are a good spot to target them.

I targeted them at Onzozo. about 2 and hour >_>

SE nerfed these places hard because of RMT.

From the reports of fisher's The bite rate of 2 per hour is normal. Even RMT botters got 2 per hour but that netted them 48 per day= 480,000-720,000 gil per day. Only a bot could stand to cast hundreds of times and only get 2 things per hour .

Not sure what the rate is or what lvl of a digger you need to be but I have gotten a few of these in the past chocobo digging in the desert. MIght want to try digging if you have a few lvls in chocobo digging.

Just FYI my digging is lvl 4
